Great service, no hassles

I initially asked for quotes online from a web service and was bombarded with overly aggressive salespeople, but I wasn't ready to ship just then. The companies emailed, texted, and called me for several days almost non-stop. After it all died down, I considered a number of companies, some with lower costs. I went with 7-star because of good ratings with the BBB.

They were able to pick my car up the day after I contacted them. The battery had gone dead but the driver jumped it to get it to start and load onto the truck. They contacted me two days before delivery to let me know when it would arrive, and it did arrive on schedule. No damages and no complaints. The car picked up a little dirt on the outside but that's to be expected after a three thousand mile trip, and nothing that won't wash off. Again, the driver jumped it to start so I could drive it to parking. Not their fault on the battery, I knew it was on its last legs. No hassles with the price, was exactly as quoted. Driver was very nice. Would definitely use them again.
