I used Red Carpet because of the excellent reviews posted on this site. Don't be fooled. I was jerked around from the beginning. Bridgett was my primary contact person at Red Carpet and she was very nice though the whole process, but the auto transporter they used seemed to think that they could tell lies about pickup times/days and that would be fine. My Dad died in Cottonwood Arizona so I needed to transport his 2014 Chevy Impala to a suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. I stayed a few extra days in Arizona so I could personally see my Dad's car off personally as it was his pride and joy. They were supposed to pick it up on a Saturday. That never happened. They gave me another time/day. That never happened. They finally picked the car up on a Monday while I was not there. The car was finally delivered on Thursday evening (Thanksgiving). The car had a paint chip and scratch on the back. The car was brand new with only 2,000 miles on it. I don't remember any scratches on the car as my Dad kept the car immaculate. I don't think I would use Red Carpet again. The whole process was nerve wracking.

Bridgett Overton 602-492-5834 bridgett@redcarpetautotransport.com I want to start by saying thank you for taking the time to do the review. I apologize for the delays you had with the carrier on your vehicle. On my behalf I gave you a five star customer service, and was always available for you as well as worked with the carrier on the delay of the pickup. I know it was a hard time for you in your life and I’m sorry for that, but at no time did I try not to give you the best service that you deserve. I hope you change your mind in the future if you need transport service again and you think of the great service that I provided to you then and will always
