There were many firms contacted me. I researched around ten firms for their online reviews. I chose Webster Relocation because: 1) it has been in business since 2000, 2) reasonable price ($950 among competitor of $875 to $1050), 3) a good website, and 4) honest according to BBB review. They asked for a reasonable $125 initial deposit, and I can pay them the remainder upon a good delivery.
Webster Relocation picked up my sedan from my house within 16 hours after I called them and mentioned that my shipping date is flexible with plus or minus one week. The driver took inspection photo carefully to ensure no pre-existed exterior damage. It was a door-to-door service from Washington D.C. to Los Angeles in early November. There was no damages upon arrival, and the vehicle was delivered to the LA address on a smaller truck one day after their big truck arrived at their lot in Downey, CA. The whole trip took about seven days.
I would most definitely use this firm again as well as recommend them! Ask for Jonathan, and he was very helpful to me.
