BAIT and Switch OVERCHARGE

Sent a Ice Bin to Nevada .. quoted me a price of 178.00 which was a great quote compared to FEDEX and UPS .. I paid the 178.00 . 3 weeks after the delivery .they charged my credit card another 412.00. they said the class on the bin was wrong and that the weight was 60 pounds more at delivery... I asked well your the ones(Freightcenter) that helped me fill out my bill of lading.. The reason I know this is not true is I had it weighed 3 times with pallet and shrink wrap. No matter what I said or what weigh tickets I had , they would not give me my money back, The folks at FreightCenter will be very nice to you, they will laugh and put on a show for you like a circus monkey, but once you commit to their diabolical agreement, it dosent matter what you do, becasue once you give them your credit card information, they will overcharge you and pull the old weight wasnt what you said bit. I am furious for more reasons then one .. First I told told them I needed a liftgate , when they showed up .. yes you guessed it NO LIFTGATE .. AND THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE LIFTGATE !! Then the Freightcenter folks will help you fill out the bill of lading over the phone ... OH no dont let them do that.. they will purposely make the quote lower so youll sign thier agreement, Then when you call them to ask about why they tack on another 420 dollars, You are now dead to them .. They will not take your calls, They will tell yuou everyone is at Lunch, They dont even return your emails.. This place is a straight up SCAM !! beware beware beware . Please email me if you have any questions .. And if you decide to sue these guys .. Please let me know .. I will gladly join your Class action suit . These guys are Criminals and they are getting away with ripping honest folks off. Watch out for Shannon Donahue .. Her work ethic is the worst .. she will tell you anything to get you as a client .. then once you get the second bill.. you wont hear a peep from her .. she wont even return emails ... Frieghtcenter really hurt my business and their staff is a bunch of thugs that are no different than your common tHIEF
