Overall the service was good and my contact person was prompt and knowledgeable. I was quoted $800, but it seemed no carrier was willing to ship the car at such a low price, so the car ended up being picked up two weeks later and I ended up having to pay $950. So I wasn't too happy about that, but I guess that's no fault of AmeriFreight, just the nature of the business. The carrier who ended up shipping my vehicle actually requested MORE than $950, but to get my car shipped out promptly AmeriFreight swallowed the additional portion of that cost. My customer service representative was knowledgeable, helpful, and responsive.
