The initial quote was very reasonable, better than others in fact. During the agreement process they ask your permission to allow them to increase your cost up to $250 in order to find a driver quicker (they are brokers - and only contract properly licensed and insured drivers). I ended up paying an extra $400 at their request in order to get my car picked up. My feeling is that they low ball the quote to get you in the door, knowing they plan on bumping up the fees.
The agreement was a Saturday pickup, seems there were other scheduling conflicts which caused them to be able to pickup until Monday. No big deal for me, however, others may be under tighter constraints. Delivery was fairly quick, some back and forth on the schedule, took 8 days which isn't bad for cross country. Understandably some flexibility needs to exist at times, planning ahead helps. Overall, they were professional and I was pleased with the service and am comfortable enough to trust them with my g37x again.
