On 9-26-2013 I contacted ALL COAST AUTO TRANSPORT and ageed to a $150. advance fee to have my car delivered from Akron, Ohio to Tarpon Springs, FL with a $400. balance due upon delivery. I let "Thomas" know that my car would be ready for pickup on Monday, October 21st. I followed up with a telephone call on October 25th at 3PM to check on the status. Denise, the dispatcher, advised me that I would never get my car picked up for the above price of $550. that Thomas had quoted me. To ensure delivery of my car I agreed to an additional $100. bringing the total price up to $650. Denise said she would see what she could do.

Checked again, on November 3rd and was told another $100. (total now of $750.) might do it since the carriers needed more money to make the pickup. At this point I was completely disgusted with the run around I was getting and cancelled the delivery to look for another source to handle the transfer of my car.

On November 5th I received a call from "Helen" stating that she had a driver that would pick up my car the following Friday, November 8th but I would have to pay the driver $700. (total now $850.)

After all of this run around I found a transport company that picked up and delivered my car in a timely manner with no "up-front" deposit and one price quoted.

I WOULD NEVER USE ALL COAST AUTO TRANSPORT AGAIN!
