VERY BAD SERVICE

I spoke with Darren on Friday and he gave me the impression they would be able to have the car picked up possibly that day, maybe even Saturday or Sunday, but Monday would be the latest. Monday came around and I still hadn't heard from the company. I put in a call and no one answered so I left a message. Someone called me back and told me they had a dispatcher working on my car and they would have the car ready to go in a few days and would call me once they had the driver ready. I have called back and left several messages and no one ever calls me back. I even sent an email to the company and got no response. I have been sitting here wondering what is going on with my car but they do not seem to care much about customer service.

Next I decided to call another transport agency to start looking into finding someone else to shop the car. They then tell me the car isn't even on the dash as a listed car waiting to be picked up by a driver. So I can only assume they under quoted me and then realized they couldn't get a driver for the price they had said and just gave up. No call nothing. I would not use this company ever! They never answer the phone and apparently don't even have my car listed.
