My experience with Harvester Trucking started out okay. It is very difficult to get through to the phone number to talk to anybody at Harvester Trucking. I was told by Jason that they have sales meetings. This must happen every morning because NOBODY picks up the phone when they open at 9:00 a.m. There should be at least one person that could answer phone calls. Anyhow, once I had schedule the car pick up, Harvester Trucking contacted a car hauler. We talked to the driver once and never heard from him again. The next day after many phone calls, Olivia from Harvester Trucking was able to find another driver at the last minute. The car was picked up two hours late. Over the next five days, we had various telephone calls with the driver, checking to see when the car would be delivered. At this point, this is where I became disappointed with Harvester Trucking. The car was to be delivered on 11-5-2013 by 5:00 p.m. After several phone calls with the driver on that date after the designated time of delivery, it was necessary for my nephew and myself to actually go and pick up the car because of a problem that the driver had encountered. When I contacted Harvester Trucking about this, they basically told me that they washed their hands. They had brokered the car out and could not be bothered with the fact that the car was delivered door to door. Again I talked to Jason and was asking for a refund of the $195 that I can given to them. I do not feel that Harvester Trucking followed through on the whole epxerience. Of course, after a lengthy conversation with Jason, I received no satisfaction from Jason. Also was transferred to somebody at Harvester Trucking by the name of Fred and he was the most IMPOLITE person to talk to and that represents Harvester Trucking. He basically hung up on me. I would NEVER use Harvester Trucking again. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.
