10/03 Quote and booked on the same was for delivery in two to four weeks. I started contacting these people after three weeks. What a joke. "We'll get someone in there next week to pick that car up". Not picked up. "I'll call you back and let you know when the driver is picking up". I was called back and was told the car was going to be picked up by the weekend, that was on 10/30. Called on 11/1 and was told that driver was assigned to pick up and was in N.C. Heading into VA to pickup. Car not picked up. Nothing ever happened. Called back again on 11/8 and was told driver was taken off my car by the forward office. I canceled order and started all over again with another carrier. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 5 weeks from date of booking and all they could say was sorry about that. Really? I don't see how this place stays in business if they treat all their customers this way.
