Customer service rep. Josh was very helpful and made the transport of my new vehicle from PA to MI very quick and simple. It was amazing how quickly he was able to get it scheduled. Matter a fact he was able to get it scheduled for pick up the same day I called to schedule. Josh had answers to all my questions. We were able to complete everything via e-mail in a matter of minutes. Josh keep me up to date with driver info and delivery details.
My Mercedes was picked up Monday afternoon from the dealership in Wexford PA and in my driveway in Burton Mi Tuesday shortly after noon. The driver was very courteous and quickly unload the vehicle for me.I inspected the vehicle and it was perfect.
I was a little concerned with the low shipping cost at first, but the service was first class. I've moved numerous vehicles in the past and I would have to say this is the most painless experience I have ever had. I would definitely use them again in the future.
