Good service with room for improvement

The people at Autostar Transport & Logistics were knowledgeable and pleasant to do business with. They get five stars from me for this part. However, there were some issues. Slight tardiness isn't a big deal for me, but it may be for someone else. The thing that they need to improve on the most is cleanliness. I understand that the outside of the car could be dirty in an open container, but the inside should be relatively clean. There was a significant amount of dried mud and dirt inside when I received the car. Additionally, there was a smell like someone had been smoking in my car (I don't smoke). If Autostar Transport & Logistics improves these things, I will recommend them because they are very nice.

We appreciate all feedback with regards to the service AutoStar Transport and Logistics, and their carriers have provided, and we do take all complaints seriously. We are not surprised by the fact that the customer has rated our service 5 star. AutoStar Transport and Logistics is one of the most respected brokers in the nation. As the broker it is not always possible to control the actions of drivers and carriers once the vehicle is in their possession, and are sincerely sorry for the conditions of the vehicle when delivered. We will be sure to address such issues with the carrier, and the customer is free to leave his own separate rating for the carrier if they choose to do so. We wish the customer well, and would be grateful for the opportunity to provide another stellar 5 star service.
