Outrageous lack of care, never picked up & lied

The dealer I purchased from recommended them, I have used others but took their recommendation.Ready Auto Transport was supposed to pic up the vehicle 2 days later. Took Ready Transport 7 days to contact me back and said vehicle would be picked up that day and would be delivered on the 20th. I've had a vehicle shipped from California to Arkansas faster than they could move one from Georgia to Arkansas (700 miles). I took a day off of work to be there when it arrived..... They never showed that day. Called 6 times that day trying to find out what was going on!!!
Left 4 messages and not one returned phone call. Finally when talking to them 15 calls later I voiced my frustration I was told they had not even picked it up yet and to be told oh the transporter had electrical issues??! I was then told that when the supervisor returned from wherever they would see about finding the truck and assigning another transporter. REALLY. I asked for a refund or a discount was told they were already going to have to take a loss and they offered no comprise and no care as to wether I was happy with their performance. Would not offer any discount or future discount, already had my money and didn't give a care.... Please Please listen to these reviews. Save yourself trouble, money and disappointment and go elsewhere!
