Overall the courier picked up vehicle when they said they would and arrived within an acceptable time frame.

I was disappointed in the quote system though. Did not know it was a bid system where truckers could choose to accept your offer (similar to Priceline) or reject it. Would have been nice to know up front rather than assume that your vehicle will be picked up at quote price. My original quote was for $1400. Had to raise it to $1700 to get a trucker to accept the job.
