I was very upset when I first saw the online review about auto-shipping and had the impression that this could be a very unpleasant experience. But it turns out I was wrong. I first got quotes from a couple of the major companies and AmeriFreight had both good reviews and lowest quotes. The quote is Economy Saver Rate total $1145, which is about $200-300 lower than quotes from other companies. And when I called Graham, he was honest to say that there was no estimate date when they can find a carrier for this low rate. (This honesty is one important reason that I finally placed the order with AmeriFeight.) However, about one week after I placed order, I got a call from Graham and he said he found a carrier but the rate went up to $1250 in total, which is still $100-$200 lower than the initial quotes I got from other companies and I accepted it happily. Then my car was picked up by the driver three days later and delivered to my door at California after another five days. The driver is very polite and helpful and extremely on time. (He called in the morning on delivery day and said he would deliver around 3pm and he arrived at 2:55pm. What else would I expect!) The only bad thing is that the car is very dirty when delivered and according to the driver this is because of the road construction. Anyway, The overall experience is excellent and I would use AmeriFreight again if necessary.
