I had put out a quote to have a vehicle returned to a dealership, long story here that I cannot get into! Patrick called me to offer any thoughts or concerns that I had, after some discussions back and forth I decided to go with them, I am so glad I did, he had advice for me on how to handle the situation AND Pavel, who came to pick up the car was so professional , he took pictures, went over the process, offered his number if I had any further questions that I could call him directly.
The process went exactly as they described it to me that it would, with no glitches.
If you are looking for a reliable , trustworthy group, PLEASE take the time to speak with Patrick, you will come to the same decision that I did.
