Horrible Customer Service & Bait/Switch

DO NOT USE SHORE TRANSPORT. I was trying to transports a vehicle from Maryland to Atlanta. I spoke to Robin, who was super nice and friendly. She is the reason I decided to go with this company. After my order was taken and switch to dispatch is where the problem is. I was told that I should have a driver ready to pick my car up on Wednesday afternoon. I call and was told that they were "working" on getting a driver and it would be the next day. I was told that someone would call me by 11am the next day. No one called, so I called and was told again they were "working" on getting a driver. I wait 2 hours and call again. I speak to Nate the dispatch, who is extremely rude and confrontational. Nate starts screaming at me over the phone about how wrong I am about Shore transport taking a deposit. I tell him where he can go and that I was not using his company. I find out from another company that they have me on a board for more that we agreed to ($500 vs $445). I asked repeatedly for Nate & Shore auto to remove me, but they refused. They were essentially trying to block me from getting my car shipped. I am currently seeing what legal action can be taken and will report them to every agency I can find.

We try to please everyone, but sadly that is impossible. And while people's schedules often conflict with availability, we look to do the best job for our clients. We took our best efforts to get this vehicle picked up. And in trying to explain this to the client, he cursed me out and refused to allow me any opportunity to speak. If the client would pick up the telephone when we call, we could easily rectify ANY concern. Please note our other positive reveiews.
