Great experience with Direct Connect; pickup and delivery were on time and Marc kept me informed throughout the entire process. Both pickup and delivery locations were difficult to access, but Marc was able to make both happen with almost no problem. I had two vehicles shipped and neither were in running condition, but there were no problems whatsoever. Both vehicles arrived in the condition I expected, no scratches or dings anywhere. Have had average to poor experiences with other transport firms, so I will call Direct Connect first the next time I need a car shipped.
