I ultimately dealt with two carriers and the first one couldn't give a good time of pickup and ultimately had too much cargo and canceled picking up my car. The second carrier was a day late and did not show up at the projected time the next day when they picked up the car. The car arrived a day late and the driver spoke very poor english and the dispatcher had to call and translate. On the day of the projected arrival to the destination the driver ignored my phone call when he didnt show up on time and requested that I take a picture of the money order before he delivered my car. Amerifreight was always prompt in contacting the carrier(s) with my concerns but I still ended up paying the original price for unprofessional carriers and not to mention waiting for drivers who are always a day late.
