I needed my car delivered to Florida. They told me approximately 5 days. Turned out to be 9 or 10, can't remember exactly.. the worst part is, nobody contacted me for an update of when it shipped, or where it was. No followup call. Poor service. On a brighter note, the transport driver was very nice. I chose them even though they were more expensive, because I thought dealing with someone face to face would be more customer friendly. Would not use again. Too slow
