I have never used a transport company and was given two referrals from my salesperson at the car dealership. I called both, got pricing and estimated delivery timeframe. Pricing was close; however, the level of professionalism I received from Krissie Parks totally swayed me in the direction of using High End Transport. She returned my call within a half hour of leaving my initial message, called me back 10 minutes later with the pricing and the next day I called her to place my order. She had the contract done and emailed in 5 minutes. I sent the signed contract back, gave her credit card info and I was good to go in under an hour. Unbelievable! We were leaving to go out of town the day after the car was to arrive & I told Krissie I was worried it wouldn't get to me on time. Much to my delight, the car arrived two days before it was expected. I was thrilled! I was extremely on edge having my brand new car transported cross country, but I have no qualms about it now and would make only one call and that would be to Krissie Parks at High End Transport. As an aside I would also like to mention Five Star, the company that transported my car. Apparently High End only deals with the cream of the crop. They did an incredible job as well. Rubin at Five Star was in constant communication letting me know where my car was. The driver treated my car like it was his own. Kudos to all for a job that exceeded all my expectations!
