Response to my questions and requests for information throughout the process from initial request to contract approval was done on a fairly timely basis. Explanations of services was good. When I expressed the desire to upgrade to the First Class level the response time increased to a high level. Once my contract was posted it was picked up by the local carrier quickly. Not sure if the response would have been as good with a lesser package. It took 4 or 5 days to establish contact with the local carrier once I was notified my contract had been selected. Overall it was a good experience..
