Called John on Wednesday to see if I could get a car towed back to Ithaca, NY. I was on my way down to Alabama to look at an antique vehicle I saw on Craigslist. I told him I would know Thursday morning if I would be purchasing the car. I also indicated I could meet a truck somewhere around 81 if I had to. At that time John did not have any carriers in the area but he would act as a broker, arranging another transporter for me. Bought the car called John who had lined up someone who would meet me in Chattanooga 150 miles away at 8:00pm. My cousin and I arrived at 5:00pm ate dinner. Truck was there at 6:00pm. Loaded the car and left for ithaca. Met the driver at noon on Saturday and now the car is safe in my garage. Thanks to the Shanks Bros a difficult task turn into a cake walk.
