I selected this company based on various reviews on several websites who ALL mentioned to ask for Tony. Everything was going smoothly once I signed the contract and paid a deposit. I was assured the earliest pick up date would be Wednesday August 28th.. and never heard anything from them until Sunday September 1st when I called to confirm my vehicle was still being picked up. Tony reported he was extremely busy that day being it was the holiday weekend and called me back several hours later where he quoted me at a higher price for pickup then what was on my contract. Upon disappointment he agreed to pay half of what the dispatcher was requiring as additional fees and my car was picked up Sunday at 5PM. Moving across the country, I had clothes and other various items in my car. When the foreign driver saw the inside of my vehicle he was EXTREMELY rude, abrasive and aggressive. He claimed he 'was not a moving company' yet was hired to MOVE vehicles from location to location. After 2 hours of arguing, on and off the phone with various managers and Tony, I agreed to pay an additional $250 for his 'freight overages' with the guarantee of arrival Monday September 9. That Monday I arrived at the LAX airport at 9:30PM and received a phone call from the driver that he needed me to meet him 30 minutes away, which I was unable to do and he said I would have to meet him in Ontario California (an hour drive - so I would have to rent a vehicle) the next morning where he would be if I wanted my car. Mind you, my vehicle is to be dropped off at my place of residence stated on my contract. The following morning I spent 5.. FIVE hours on the phone with Tony, the dispatcher and the driver. Needless to say Tony claimed I broke the contract because I wasn't able to retrieve my vehicle Monday and that I had to pay the additional amount the dispatcher was requesting to deliver my car to the address listed on the contract. I refused. Both companies placed the blame on ME.. the PAYING customer which made me very upset and disappointed in their services, professionalism and all-round business. My car was delivered in the middle of a median strip on a busy road 3 blocks from my residence in California at 8PM Tuesday night. My bumper was scuffed and the driver quickly became aggressive and rude when I pointed it out. Not wanting to deal another millisecond with him or either company I paid him and parted ways. I would never, ever use All Seasons Auto Transport again, nor will I ever refer business to them.

I deeply regret that our customer was disappointed in the service she received from our company and apologize profusely for any miscommunication. It was explained to her prior to signing her contract that a maximum of 100 pounds of personal belongings is allowed in the trunk in addition to no more than 1/4 tank of gas. The reason for that is additional weight necessitates increases in the cost of transporting a vehicle because we're charged extra road fees for freight overages. I attempted to assist this customer by paying a portion of her bill out of my own pocket in order to alleviate some of her disappointment. We do our best to select drivers who, in addition to getting the vehicle to it's destination safely, are courteous and professional. Sadly, I cannot be held responsible for the unusual experience she encountered with this driver. He was correct in telling her that we are not a moving company but rather a vehicle transportation company. In closing, let me say that most of our reviews are positive as we make every attempt to satisfy our customers. However, no one is perfect and much as we try, occasionally we will not satisfy every customer.
