It was all very smooth all the way through, with all of my questions answered completely, plus your good working relationship withy my Hyundai dealership here in NY. The price was good, too, compared with other transporters I checked. Both you and Renee treated me with respect at all times and provided all of the necessary paperwork before and during the transport to Florida. My only 1 complaint is that the driver should have notified my son maybe 1/2 hour earlier rather than calling just as he arrived at the dealership in Sarasota. My son had the check ready to give to the driver but we didn't realize he would be arriving later on in the evening, about 6:30 PM. I wasn't able to reach my son immediately until the dealership up here texted him on his cell phone at which point he rushed over.

Hi Eugenia, thank you for honest feedback. This helps us fine tune things so that customers like you can have the best experience possible with our service. The communication with the drivers and shipping customer is an ongoing work in progress, I promise we are constantly striving to improve this. I'm glad however, that he arrived on time and your son got his vehicle just as agreed. I certainly hope you would consider us in the future should you need your vehicle shipped again.
