Very efficient and very easy, expectations clearly communicated, happy with the service...the guy who picks up the car was polite courteous and new what he was doing. The scheduling of delivery also was tricky but he was ready with some options and alternatives. This is definitely the way to get your car efficiently across the country if you don't want to do the road trip!!!
