After reading a lot of reviews on a lot of different companies I called 2 companies to see what kind of time frame I could have my car picked up and delivered. Marc was very friendly if not a little put off by my concerns from some of the reviews I had read. He quoted me a price of 650.00 and I was nervous because that was one of the lower prices I had seen. He reassured me that was the price and I would not be charged more when my car arrived. The driver actually called early and asked if he could pick the car up on Sunday instead of the scheduled Monday. He was difficult to understand but very nice and courteous. He informed me that he would call me a day to half a day ahead to let me know when he would drop off the car. On Thursday I still hadn't heard from him so I called just to see if he could give me an ETA. I never heard back so I called Friday morning before I had to go to work. He answered and said he would be in at my house around 2 o'clock. Around 2:30 my wife called to tell me the driver said he could not deliver the car to our house because we live in a residental area. Really?! A house in a residental area. He told her he was at some drug store and she needed to come and get the car. After my wife said that it wasn't a possibilty he asked her if we wanted the car or not and hung up on her. The driver's dispatch called a few minutes later and my wife explained that we had a 3 year old that was asleep and walking a couple of miles to get the car was out of the question since we were told the car would be delivered to our house. My wife texted me the number and then I called the dispatch and was told the driver couldn't deliver the car so I gave her the address to my work and he was able to bring the car. Overall it was agood experience, but if you are a transport company promising to deliver a car to a house, wouldn't it make since to find out a head of time if the truck can make it to the house?
