Do not, I repeat, do not use progressive auto carriers. They are nothing but a complete scam. They reel you in with a low price for shipping your car, take your deposit, and then never call you back.My car was supposed to be shipped from Boston to LA. I talked to them several times in the days leading up to pick-up and was told everything was fine. The day of pick-up I didn't hear from them. This went on for 2 days. I called them over and over only to be told the internet was done which is why they were not picking up any phone calls. Half the time, they blocked my number and didn't even pick up when my bank called to make sure they were a real company. They are thieves that cause nothing but stress. Don't believe any company who is estimating your car will be shipped at least $300 less than anyone else. It's a scam. These people caused me so much stress over something that I made sure to plan in advance. Do not make the same mistake I made. Trust the reviews that say these people are liars. I got my money back through my bank, but thinking of everything they did still makes me furious. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
