Perfect if weren't for the pickup problem

The final price is around $235 higher than the quoted price, but anyway, it is still in the reasonable range.
It takes around one month from placing an order to final delivery: two weeks to find and secure a carrier, one week waiting for the carrier to pickup, and 9 days for transportation.
The carrier missed appointments several times without notice. This really made me upset at first. I waited for a whole night but the carrier didn't show up or call me to cancel the appointment. I called them several times, but no one picked up the phone. When they finally picked up my phone the next day, they told me that there was some problem with their truck, and would call me three days later. However, I didn't get their call after three days, and as usual, they could not be reached by me. Maybe I should be more patient and considerate because they were not easy. Rachael was helpful during this experience since the carrier rarely answer phones from me, and it was Rachael who helped me to reschedule an appointment. I really appreciated for her patience and consideration.
Things go smoothly after that. My car was safely delivered without damage, and was fortunately delivered 2 days before I have to return my rental car.
If weren't for the pick up problem, I would have said that the experience were satisfied.
