I'm a real collector and ship quite a few cars... this is the first negative review I've ever left... I'm not surprised to see that the only other reviews for this company are also bad.

This was a trade, one car for another so Pablo (the driver) picked up a car from Washington to deliver to me in LA and trade for a car going back to Washington.

First the car from Washington to me was 4 days late... no communication... no response to messages and emails during that time... eventually my broker got ahold of Natasha (dispatcher) and relayed the info to me. When the car arrived with only 30 minutes prior notice, Pablo had a horrible attitude.. rude, combative, totally unprofessional... told me flat out he doesnt care about customer service or relationships... he's plenty busy and doesnt need repeat business.

I was reluctant to load the second car going back to Washington but the the guy was impatient for the car after the first leg was delayed by 4 days so I let it go... the guy in Washington just called to let me know that the car arrived covered in oil from a leaking car loaded above it and also covered in some kind of road salt... Pablo again told him he didnt care and it wasnt his responsibility... terrible attitude again. WELL, unfortunately it IS 100% Pablos responsibility and that car has a very expensive custom paint job on it... I believe the new owner will be putting in an insurance claim against this company.

All and all a horrible experience with this company and I would avoid them at all cost.
