I have never negatively reviewed a company before in my life. This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. The company was completely unresponsive. I had to call over 15 times to finally get someone to get my car picked up which they did 3 days late and for an additional 300$ over the initial quote. Then they delivered the car in a filthy dirty condition which I now realize was only to disguise the fact that they busted my roof. They demanded all cash even though I gave them my credit card and bank number to begin with and they told me that I had given them a 200$ deposit but apparently they did not cash it. It was just overall the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I have tried calling for a month now to get my car fixed and I have no idea if they are going to do anything.
