We contracted Transauto transport llc in June,2013 for pickup on 8/21/2013.they did pick up on that date.by 8/22/2013 we explained to them that we were leaving ny by 5:00pm so they hired a local Poughkeepsie,ny towing co.to pick up and hold until that Monday.low and behold they lost our cars. Two weeks later we called and were told thy were in Utah and would be delivered the next day. By the next day we called and they asked us the name of the towing co.that's when we figured out our cars were still in ny. All they did for the next few days said we are working on it. Bottom line because of their screw up the storage fees were over $1000.00 and they didn't want to pay it.we had to pay it.we cancelled the contract because they said we agreed to the storage fees.this co.just kept on lying to us. They said all phone conversations were recorded. We asked to hear them but of Course the conversation changed. This is the most dishonest company I have dealt with. I have never been so upset and mad. How many people would agree to put their cars in storage for over 2 weeks in ny when you are in Nevada?

This customer placed and order with us. We told her we would try to find her a carrier but the route was a tough route. That day she spoke with our dispatcher and asked him that they needed to remove the cars from the home, our dispatcher suggested that they can use a storage facility. She agreed and she handed the cars over to the storage company and she agreed to pay the storage. When we found a truck for her she got upset when her storage fees where high and she automatically said that we needed to pay the storage fees. The customer called back and asked us to cancel the contract and we did. We never dispatched this order and the customer was fully refunded per their request.
