Pick-up and delivery of our car was professional with the driver delivering it in the same excellent condition in which it left the driveway. Jorge explained the process and the price range we might encounter. We accepted the first driver to respond even though it was at the highest end of the range we had been quoted. It was worth it to us to get the car on the road. Jorge had a driver for us within 48 hours of our OK’ing the Amerifreight contract. We do a have a word of advice for anyone who is transporting or moving anything. Communicate with your driver and ask for a 24 hour notice of delivery. Our car arrived a day earlier than expected with an hour’s notice. This could have been problematic, but fortunately worked out OK. It is also your responsibility to communicate clearly to the driver your time constraints and more than one way to contact you. Keep our cell phone charged and ON. Our experience with Amerifreight as our broker worked well for us and if we should have another occasion to transport a car we will use Amerifreight.
