I was very pleased with the customer service from the beginning. Which was the initial reason why I picked National Auto. They helped answer all my questions, explained the process, but were not pushy.
From the day of pick up, I was provided an estimate of 5 to 7 days for transport. To my surprise when I received a call from the driver that the car was ready to deliver in 3 days. The vehicle was delivered right in my driveway, no damages!
Driver, dispatch, customer service, all provided great communication and excellent service.
