I received prompt responses from Chris whenever I had a question and they dispatched my car in a timely fashion. However, the company they dispatched my car to, Narrow Way Towing, Inc., damaged my car during transport. The car arrived dirty on delivery. And while Chris later said in a email he advises people to have the car washed upon delivery, I did not know that was my right. It was only after I relayed that my car had been dirty and damaged that I was told this information. Because my driver was also friendly and responsive and my experience with Chris up to this point had been good, I thought I had nothing to worry about. I was sadly mistaken and too trusting. I washed my car immediately after delivery and then I observed the damages. I was immediately directed to my contract upon relaying this to the driver, and it states that driver is not liable for damages to the car that are covered by dirt at the time of delivery. This is obviously very convenient, and hindsight 20/20, none of the other vehicles on the truck were nearly as dirty as mine. When I advised Chris of this via email, I was told to notify the driver of the truck. I was glad that I had already started the claim filing process with my car insurance company.

So what I honestly would advise that IF you decide to use this company that you not let the kind words and the quick dispatch be your judge, and instead do as much research as possible on the company they dispatch your car too. I would advise if possible to do a little more research and just find a company in your area that has their own trucks so at least you won't just be giving your car to a company that will give your car to the first bidder. While they check to see if the company has insurance, etc, its still a risk you are taking as to the reputation of the dispatched company. Make sure you have good comprehensive coverage on your car as well regardless of who you choose.

So, I can't 100% blame AAA Transporters, but they dispatched my car to this company and my car was damaged. I can't give them a high review for this reason. I hope you have a better experience than I did, if possible find a way to drive it yourself. And just in case there are any unkind words said after this review, google this: "Sure, Post a Review. But the Last Word Won’t Be Yours" and proceed cautiously.

Good luck!!!

1. All clients are advised to take pictures of vehicle at pick up and inspect delivery. I tell customers like a broken record " no matter how tired you are, raining, cold, snow, dirty inspect your vehicle. Tenecia got the message verbally not in an email and she is making excuses for not inspecting. If she had we can deal with damages before she pays. 2. 2 days later she calls about damages minor scratches.- No trucker will accept responsibility 2 days later. 3. On this order I waved our fee and NO CHARGE prior to shipping was requested. This was before the damage. I did the order as fullfillment of a USHIP obligation because that is how my customer service works. If the complaint is to be written it's not against AAA Transporters what more can I do??? She needs to write against Narrow Way Towing.
