The transporter put a massive dent on my hood and left dents on my rear bumper. I made the mistake of not checking the car, as I was distracted by the driver counting $850 cash in the middle of the street and his shifty behavior. Since the delivery notice was signed without the damage noted, I get to pay for the repairs myself.

WE ADVISE ALL CUSTOMERS TO TAKE NOTE ON THIS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK! PLEASE MARK DOWN ON THE BOL/INSPECTION SHEET ANY DAMAGE AT DELIVERY BEFORE SIGNING. INSURANCE COMPANIES DEAL WITH SCAMS EVERYDAY AND WITH NO PROOF, THE INSURANCE COMPANY WILL DENY YOUR CLAIM. Please note also we are a brokerage company, not the actual transport company.
