POOR EXECUTION START TO FINISH

Any company begging for strictly 5 star reviews really doesn't care about it's customers or how they need to improve. We were beyond displeased with our experience considering we paid extra money to have a smaller window for pickup and delivery. Picked up 5 days late. We had to call Pacific Auto Delivery and AmeriFreight numerous times with absolutely no assurance where our car was or when it would arrive to CA. Car was 5 days late being delivered. We had to spend our own money to take cabs and the bus to work because the car was not delivered when it should have been. It ended up costing us more personally as a result. What was a $795 payment to you and Pacific Auto Delivery came closer to $900 out of our pockets. No remedy, refund, or anything that was done to set things right. Then, we're being asked to give glowing reviews to get money back?? I don't get it, how is that honest or good business practice? We will not be giving a 5 star review on principle of the situation, I hope you can understand. A refund of some of our money is the least you can do. Also, DO NOT USE PACIFIC AUTO DELIVERY. Recommend they are not on your list of approved companies you are willing to be dispatched to. Eugene at Pacific Auto Delivery was a complete moron without any care for concern. Impossible to get a hold of by phone and very impersonal. He didn't even seem to know why we were calling or that there was some sense of urgency or issue with having a car picked up a week late or dropped off a week late. So unprofessional.

Look elsewhere if you're shipping long distance.

To receive anything less than a five star review is a concern for us. We apologize for the inconvenience our customer has experienced with the shipment. It does happen that things do not always go as planned and sometimes we do not perform as we should. That is why we need feedback from customers. Thats why we compensate for the time customers spend doing reviews, because we know people are busy and time is valuable. Although we ask customers that we would a appreciate a 5 star review, they are under no obligation to do so. We encourage honest feedback and will accept what rating we are given. Where needed we will follow up to remedy any process or actions that caused a negative rating. Fortunately incidences like this are rare as is evident from our overwhelmingly positive reviews. We WILL go out of our way to offer our customers the BEST competitive price, coupled with the BEST service and the BEST ultimate protection in the car shipping industry.
