After researching all auto transport companies I chose AmeriFreight based on their outstanding BBB rating (A+) as well as all the good reviews. I had used another company in the past for my daughter's car and had damage on top of car from battery acid from a car in rack above. After expressing my concerns of this they made sure it was part of the order that my car would be placed on the top rack. Customer Service was excellent, all concerns and questions were met and messages left and return calls immediately. Rachel was a pleasure to work with and explained everything in detail. I opted for the extra cap insurance which other companies didn't offer. While waiting for car pick up AmeriFreight called to check on day and called me back promptly. The drivers number was provided to me. The car was delivered a day late due to amount of drop offs but driver informed us in a timely manner so had no problem. Driver was professional and truck was clean. Will not use anyone else but AmeriFreight.
