I needed to move 2001 explorer from California to South Carolina. I had contacted two transport companies before contacting Trans Auto Transport and got burned both times. Still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Personally I am not holding my breath.

I decide to try one more time, and contacted Trans Auto Transport spoke with Jesus. EXplained my situation, at first felt like I was getting the same speech the last two companies gave me. So I backed out. He offered to have his supervisor call me and I said that would be find. After speaking with Angelo (supervisor) I still had my doubts. Felt the only choice I had was to drive the vehicle to South Carolina. Well Jesus and Angelo took the initative and contact a driver to pick up my vehicle that day. They had the driver call me, to prove it wasn't a stall tactic to get my business. The second surprise, my vehicle arrived two days early. I'm so thankful for this company taking the time to prove they stand by there word and not like all those other so call auto transports. The ultimate goal is that your vehicle is transported safely and securely..and as a bonus early. Trans auto Transport understood I lost a week attempting to ship the explorer and were able to make that up by transporting my auto on the day I was requesting transport. I have a second auto (mustang) to ship in October and Trans Auto Transport will do the auto transport again for me. Jesus and Angelo are professionals with the knowledge that leads this five star company to be far superior than any other auto transport company.
