I got an online quote from Sea Land from a third-party website. It seemed like the best deal so my husband and I went with Sea Land. My husband confirmed the order online and within the same day was sent an email that they were refunding his money. No explanation was given as to why the order was being cancelled. We still have not seen the money come back into our account. I have tried for three days to email and call this company. No one has replied to my emails and in the refund email it said to call the main number and press Option 4. When you call there is no option 4. When you press 0 for the operator an automated message picks up and then tells you the mailbox is full. If you press 1-3 (any of the available options) it goes straight to an automated message saying that person is not available. I am highly disappointed and will never use this company again and will warn anyone who does try to use them.
