Although I did not agree with their "Terms Of Review" of leaving at least a fair review for a $50 discount, they were pretty good. They will find a transporter because they do not own a fleet to ship goods. It didn't take but two days to find one to ship this truck. So the actual transporter was not AmeriFreight, it was Unicorn Transport. It also depends on what transporter is where and when. The pick up point said that the transporters were very professional. Communication with the driver is provided. It is a fairly quick procedure. The sales guy will explain everything very quickly since he does this daily, so you might have to ask him to slow down. I preferred using PayPal to pay the deposit rather than giving anyone my credit card information. They prefer the credit card so that they can discount the $50 for the fair review. If there's a chance of them not getting a fair review then there's a better chance of having a shipment without issues. I guess they really depend on reviews. AmeriFreight reminded me again and again to submit a review stating that I agreed to the terms of review with discount, when I never asked for a discount. The shipment was trouble-free.
