Michael at Patriot was very good to work with. I had never been on the buying end of a cross-country car purchase. I live in STL and bought a Porsche from a seller in San Fransisco. Everything between myself and the broker, Patriot, went very well, and the price was great. I had a couple less costly quotes, but Michael was very quick to answer any questions/concerns I had, so I went with Patriot. Unfortunately, the actual shipping company used was running behind due to a truck servicing issue. When it became apparent that the vehicle wasn't going to be picked up on time Michael was quick to get involved and made sure the shipper made every effort to accommodate a specific pick-up time the following day, which worked for my seller. The car arrived late as well, which was somewhat expected considering the delayed pick-up. Michael went above and beyond to do everything in Patriot's power to make the transaction as smooth as possible and addressed the latency issue directly with the shipper. The shipper delivered the vehicle undamaged to my door. Had the shipper been on time I would have nothing but praise for them, but they didn't seem to much care when the vehicle got delivered or picked up. From speaking with Michael at Patriot I learned this was unusual and that Michael would not be using that shipper again. If it weren't an issue of taking time from work to be at home for the shipper this wouldn't have been a big deal, and considering the distance I understand/expect some minor delays. I will be leaving a separate review for that company. Unless paying retail, you're probably going to need a broker. With that in mind, I recommend Michael at Patriot. My experience with Patriot was professional from beginning to end.
