Everything about my experience with Auto Ship Transport was awful. First off, the final price exceeded the initial quote. Secondly, the company they chose to transport my car (Mon Tran), despite the glowing recommendation I was given by Sal, was as bad as possible. We had to wait around 3 days for the car to be picked up, and it was finally delivered 2 days late. Mon Tran was near impossible to get ahold of and get information from. Finally, Auto Ship Transport could not have cared less. Once they got their broker fee we ceased to exist. They were of no help in getting the transport company to respond nor did they ever follow up to see how the transport was coming. Horrible performance and horrible service!!!!

Sorry David for the inconvenience, when the driver went to pick up the vehicle and found out that it was INOPERABLE, it took 2 days to locate and rent a forklift to load the vehicle. The additional $50 was for the forklift rental fee that was not included in the quote. We have quoted you for an Operable vehicle as per your instruction that the vehicle runs and drive, and the normal rate for a NON-RUNNING vehicle it should be at least $100 more. We have done our best to get your vehicle shipped ASAP. Sorry again for the inconvenience .
