The email communication is vague-and leaves the customer wondering up to right before if they'll really find someone within the needed time window. But when I emailed or called, they assured me the tight window frame for pick up and delivery would be met. Right on time I was given a Driver from Western Transit, who was ALWAYS right on the number for time estimates. He was professional, courteous, timely, stayed in touch, and took excellent care of us. And the quote was less than half of many of the quotes I received.
