All was excellent with one exception. After receiving the name and cell phone number of the driver, I called him in the morning to ask when you planned to pick up the car that day. I left a message on his cell phone telling him to let me know before he arrives as I have about one hour of last minute packing before the car would be ready. Later that afternoon, the driver called to say he would be there in "5 to 10" minutes. I had to tell him to wait an hour.
