Overcharged

Instead of the agreed upon amount, I was overcharged. One charge was listed as coming from Phoenix $185.00 and the remainder from California. The total was not the agreed upon amount. It was my understanding that the driver had a flat tire on his rig, but it should not be the customer's responsibility to pay for it.

KATE, 360-853-2805, Greg, we appreciate all of our customers and I am very distressed that you are under the false assumption you were over charged-when in fact, you were not. When you booked your order, you wanted to pay the carrier via credit card directly. When we dispatched the order, you agreed to pay a 5% credit card processing fee required by the carrier on top of the truck fee of $1155, this was charged by the carrier and not Cascade. You were absolutely NOT charged for an flat tire. The $185.00 was the DEPOSIT you agreed to pay at the time of pick up via credit card for the broker fee. My standard broker fee is $235.00 and I gave you a $50.00 discount. When your order was dispatched you were sent an email that detailed clearly what amount and when your credit card would be charged. You were NEVER over charged a single penny, in fact you were provided an DISCOUNT. If you are still confused, please call the office and we will be happy to provide you another invoice.
