We had a very so-so experience with this company. The shipper no-showed the first day and then made some excuse about why they were two days late on the pickup. The story did not inspire confidence in me. The car arrived two days late, and even though it arrived, it was *really* dirty.
No one offered any discount for their inability to manage their timelines. The drivers had a spectacularly hard time finding locations using nav equipment. I paid in full cause the guys seemed nice enough. I wouldn't really use them again - overall it seems, a pretty bush league operation - especially the barrage of emails threatening you to review or lose 50 bucks.
BUT, the car did arrive, and after a good wash, it was good enough to go. thanks.
