This was the first time I have used a carrier service for cars so I was flying blind. After an internet search, I settled on Red Carpet because of the favorable reviews and fair price (not the highest, not the lowest). I orginially booked my service with Jen LaKosh however I never heard back from her. So, I called her number and was connected to Felicia who informed me Jen was no longer with Red Carper. Well, that's when I began to panick a little because we were only a few days away from moving and had no confirmation of a car carrier. Not to worry- Felicia jumped in a saved the day. She immediately took charge. Assured me that she would take care of me and would get back to me within 24 hours. She kept her word and got back to me with a pick-up date and time and plenty of detailed follow-up to keep my mind at ease. It's not easy moving half way across the country and having to deal with so many details can be a challenge. Felicia saved the day and saved Red Carpet from getting a bad review because of a former employee dropping the ball. Thankfully, Felicia picked it up and rand with it. We look forward to seeing our cars in one piece when we get to Texas in a few days. Thank you Red Carpet and thank you Felicia for providing Raving Fans Service.

If you have a narrow window of availability for the loading prior to your relocation date; it reduces your availability with the drivers that can accommodate your transport. We were introduced on Aug 5th, your ready was the 8th. You're relocation date is Aug 11th. I found availability on the 7th for your vehicle's to load the same day! I'm glad everything worked out smoothly!! Much has to do with timing with the drivers and proper channels of communication. Well it was a pleasure working with ya. Please take care until next time.
