Besides a truck mechanical issue that occurred the day before the initial pick-up date and a couple hour delay in the initial pickup time, the process was smooth. I interacted mostly with David Franco, who was responsive and handled most of the process through email. At times I was left in the dark about what was going on, but once I got proactive and asked questions there were no issues. The driver handled my Tesla Model S professionally, and no indication of misuse was found on the car.
