Our first broker/carrier was Exceptional Auto. Kelly was nice when I first spoke with her, but things fell apart after a week. Calls, emails, etc went unanswered despite numerous attempts. Yet, despite Exceptional's unwillingness to handle the move, they refused to take the listing off the board!!!!
I reached out to a few other companies in desperation. Damien was the ONLY one who called me AFTER talking to an actual driver. Even when the schedule changed, he had a driver on the line ready to take the car on MY SCHEDULE. Everyone else was a wait-and-see approach, but Damien was PROACTIVE and took care of us. I HIGHLY recommend them. Before this I had no idea how shady these transport companies can be, and Auto Transport is the exception in that they are honest!!!
